Question: Explain Very bad credit loans, Mobile home loans, Jumbo mortgage loans, home purchase loans, home equity loans, debt consolidation loans.
Answer: We listed many programs on our web pages, many of them represent individual programs which may not be available with another while some elements may be combined. Look at this example: There are programs to buy a home with no money down and programs to buy a home with the worst possible credit even a day after bankruptcy, but there are no programs for both no money down and very very bad credit. On the other hand you may find a program to combine no money down programs with programs such as self-employment programs or no income verification programs.
Question: Are there some combinations people frequently request that do not exist? Answer: Yes, there are no programs that combine bad credit with either 125% equity loans or bad credit and single wide mobile homes located on rented land.
Question: I would like to get a rate quote. Answer: Our system will assign you to a loan originator to handle the type of loan you requested liscensed in your area. Rate quotes may only be given by the originators, therefore you have to fill our at least the first page of the form to be linked to an originator. You will be contacted to have all your questions answered including those in rates.
Question: My credit is REALLY bad is there any hope? Answer: Unless you are in a bankrupcty which has not yet been discharged your credit will not stop you from getting a loan. The problem may come when you try to make all aspects of the transaction come together including the loan to value, rate, and debt ratios. For information on this topic go to Bad Credit Information.
